By applying for, paying for, or participating in a Hot Zone Tour, you agree to the terms below.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every tour. We are not responsible for losses you incur due to events covered by standard travel insurance — trip interruption, medical issues, lost luggage, flight delays, etc.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour, without refund, who is disruptive, disrespectful to local hosts, or who creates a safety risk for the group. This is rare, but we have a small group to protect.
Published itineraries are subject to change due to weather, security conditions, in-country logistics, or the discretion of the trip leader. We will always do our best to stay close to the published plan.
International travel involves inherent risks. By signing up for a tour you acknowledge those risks and agree that Hot Zone Tours, Chuck Holton, and Connie Holton are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage that occurs during travel — except in cases of demonstrable gross negligence on our part.
By participating in a tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed during group activities, and to the reasonable editorial use of those images on this website, on The Hot Zone YouTube channel, and in associated marketing. If you'd prefer not to appear in any media, tell us before the trip and we'll do our best to honor that.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
